How long have you been working in the shoe industry?

I was able to run the Boston Marathon in 2013, it was a huge goal for me and an amazing experience.
Do you have a favorite local trail or route you'd recommend?
I love running on all the bike paths here in Milwaukee. Milwaukee has tons of miles of paved multi-use trails between the Oak Leaf trail, Hank Aaron trail and beyond, it's such an awesome resource to have here.
What’s one piece of advice you would give to new runners?
No running achievement is too small. It's easy to compare yourself to other runners or people you see online and think that what you're doing "isn't really running" or “isn't worth celebrating”, but just getting out and doing it is an accomplishment. The running community is so welcoming and everyone, no matter if you're trying to run a sub 3 marathon or just trying to finish a 5k someday, belongs here and is worth celebrating.

My favorite place to walk or run in the Milwaukee area is the Oak Leaf trail between South Shore and Grant Parks along the Lakefront. We are so fortunate in the greater Milwaukee area to have so many parks, trails and areas to exercise in!
